1. Mold, Equipment and Raw Material Selection





Depending on the product to be manufactured, a vibrating table and mixer suitable for the mold type (ABS, silicone, etc.) and production capacity are selected.
At the same stage, the cement, aggregate (sand or stone dust), pigment dyes, fibers, and fiber additives to be used in the mixture are determined.
2. Mixing Process




The mixture is prepared in a controlled manner inside the mixer.
First, the dry ingredients are homogenized, then the additives are added.
In the final stage, water is added gradually until the mixture reaches the desired consistency.
3. Mold Preparation and Casting





The inner surface of the mold is prepared according to the type of mold.
Molds requiring lubrication are coated with a suitable release agent; this process is not necessary for ABS molds.
After the mortar is poured into the mold, it is subjected to vibration for a specific period of time on a vibrating table.
4. Curing Process





After casting, the molds are placed on shelves or on the floor and left to cure.
To prevent moisture loss, the products are covered with plastic sheeting.
The curing time should be 6–24 hours depending on the model and mixture, and the ambient temperature should be 20–30°C.
5. Demolding and Final Strength
Once curing is complete, the products are carefully removed from the mold.
In the initial stage, the product is fragile and is left to dry in a controlled manner.
It will be usable after approximately 3 days and will reach its final strength within 7–28 days.
